Emerton has been appointed provide its expertise in AI, aeronautics and engineering processes to structure the approach of building the roadmap regarding Generative AI

 A clear roadmap aligned with the high-level objectives of the company and shared with the Technical Director

 A short list of 3 use cases to implement in priority to maximize the impact for the engineering division

 A clear view of the state of the art of the use of Generative AI in the aeronautics sector

Our approach

Step 1: Benchmark and analysis of the state  of the art in the use of generative AI in engineering

     
  • Interviews with engineering departments of major players in aeronautics, automotive and construction sectors regarding their use of generative AI and their roadmap

  • Mapping  of available and future tools for all types of application (ex: documents analysis, support for programming, tools of the industry)

Step 2: Internal workshops and collection of  use cases for Generative AI

     
  • 6 workshops with all fields of the engineering department (> 50 participants) to collect use cases

  • Structure of the use cases collected and assessment of the impact and accessibility

Step 3: Setting the ambition regarding  Generative AI and identification of 3 use cases to launch in priority
