Andera Partners becomes a major shareholder in the CTP environnement group, alongside its management team and Bpifrance.

CTP environnement is a leader in industrial chemical cleaning and effluent treatment. Headquartered in Jonage (69) and employing around 250 people in 7 countries, the group generates sales of around €45 million, 30% of which outside France.

Thanks to its capacity for innovation and the design of new technical processes, CTP environnement, the French leader in industrial cleaning, initiated an international expansion strategy in 2003 (Asia, North America, Europe). In 2007, CTP environnement also created a business dedicated to effluent treatment: it designs, installs and operates mobile treatment units for manufacturers in a variety of sectors (chemicals, energy, waste, paper, etc.).

The Group benefits from a favorable regulatory framework for its activities with a positive environmental impact: they help improve the energy performance of industrial facilities and meet the growing need for water treatment and reuse.

The arrival of Andera Partners and the reinvestment of Bpifrance in CTP environnement's capital mark the start of a strategic development phase for the group. Its ambition is to roll out its service offering to a broader portfolio of customers in a variety of industries, and to increase the activity of its subsidiaries in Europe, and North America in particular.
