Jean-Edmond has built a distinctive know-how in performance improvement projects thanks to his dual experience of performance projects both as an operational manager and as a consultant

As an operational manager in the industry, he led several demanding performance projects (cost reduction, LEAN, 6-Sigma,…) directly handling operational constraints (negotiation with Unions, SEVESO assets,…). Thanks to this operational exposure, he grew an intimate understanding of the agendas and constraints top executives had during transformation plans

As a consultant, Jean-Edmond brought a decisive impact on several high-stake transformation plans, as he could bring a versatile support (plan framing, process design, organization design, interim management,…). In addition, he had the opportunity to lead performance projects for clients from a wide variety of industries (Aeronautics, Automotive, Process Industries, Healthcare,…)

Jean-Edmond graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris and holds a Master’s of Science from Stanford University (Aeronautics & Astronautics)
